• What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges differ based on each Merchant and the Customer's location.
• Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
It is possible that Jyoti Stores or our courier partners observe a holiday between the day you place your order and the delivery date, which is determined by the timelines displayed on the product page. In such instances, we add an additional day to the estimated date. Additionally, please note that certain courier partners and Jyoti Stores do not operate on Sundays, and this is considered when calculating the delivery dates.
• What is the estimated delivery time?
Jyoti Stores typically procures and ships items within 5-7 business days. Please note that business days do not include public holidays and Sundays.
The estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
- The specific Merchant offering the product
- The availability of the product with the Merchant
- The destination where you want the order shipped to, and the location of the Merchant.
• Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.) on items sold by Merchants on Jyoti Stores?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Jyoti Stores. The list prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
Delivery charges are not hidden and are only charged (if applicable) separately based on the shipping policy.
• Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each Merchant at Jyoti Stores?
You might have observed that different Merchants offer varying estimated delivery times for the product you are interested in. These delivery times are influenced by several factors, including product availability, the geographic location of the Merchant, your shipping destination, and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
To obtain more accurate delivery times and costs, please enter your default pin code and select the correct Google location on the product page at Jyoti Stores. This way, you won't have to enter this information every single time and can find the relevant details directly on the product page itself.
• Merchant does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
To determine whether the product can be delivered to your location, please enter your pincode on the product page at Jyoti Stores (you don't have to enter it every single time).
If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.
The serviceability of your location depends on the following factors:
- Whether Jyoti Stores ships to your location
- Any legal restrictions in shipping specific products to your location
- The availability of reliable courier partners in your area
Sometimes, Merchants may choose not to ship to certain locations, and this decision is entirely at their discretion.
• Why is the COD option not offered in my location at Jyoti Stores?
Jyoti Stores does not offer COD to any locations in the country.
• I need to return an item; how do I arrange for a pick-up at Jyoti Stores?
Returns are not available at Jyoti Stores. However, you can request exchanges or order cancellation. To initiate a return and check the eligibility, please Contact Us. Once you have initiated a return, you will receive a call explaining the process, and Jyoti Stores will facilitate the pick-up of the item.
• Does Jyoti Stores deliver internationally?
As of now, Jyoti Stores doesn't offer international delivery for items.
However, you will be able to make purchases on our site from anywhere in the world using credit/debit cards issued in India. Please note that the delivery address must be within India.
