Applicable Law:

1. This site Jyoti Stores (jyotistores.in) is created and controlled by Mr. Hardik Vikam, the owner of Jyoti Stores. In Maharashtra, India, as such the laws of India shall apply; courts in Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction in respect of all the terms, conditions, and Safety Notice/Disclaimers. Jyoti Stores reserves the right to make changes to the site and the terms, conditions, and Safety Notice/Disclaimers. Definitions: "Agreement" means the Terms and Conditions as detailed herein, including all Annexures, Appendices, Privacy Statement, Schedules, etc. And will include the references to this Agreement as amended, supplemented, varied, or replaced from time to time. "Jyoti Stores" or "jyotistores.com" or "Store"/ "Site" means the online shopping platform owned and operated by Mr. Hardik Vikam, which provides a venue for the users of Jyoti Stores (jyotistores.com) to buy the products listed on Jyoti Stores' store/site. Eligibility:

Cancellations by the Customer:

1. If we receive a cancellation notice for an order that has not been shipped by us, we will proceed with cancelling the order and refund the entire amount. However, orders that have already been shipped out will not be cancelled, and you will need to refer to our return policy for those orders. This may involve the immediate removal of User listings, either temporarily or indefinitely, suspension or termination of User membership, and/or refusal to provide User access to the Site under the following circumstances:

1. If the User is found to be in breach of any terms and conditions of this Agreement and/or the Terms and conditions of usage of Jyoti Stores (jyotistores.in).
2. If the User has provided wrong, inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information.
3. If the User's actions have the potential to cause harm, damage, or loss to other Users of Jyoti Stores (jyotistores.in).
4. Additionally, any illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Service, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Jyoti Stores (jyotistores.in) Site, will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate legal action may be taken, including, but not limited to, civil, criminal, and injunctive remedies.

Indemnity:

This clause shall remain in effect even after the expiry or termination of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability:

1. Jyoti Stores (jyotistores.in) provides this service for user convenience. Jyoti Stores (jyotistores.in) explicitly disclaims any claim or liability arising from the uploading of any obscene, vulgar, or pornographic images, photographs, or pictures or any alteration or distortion of images available through this service in an obscene, vulgar, or pornographic manner. The User agrees and acknowledges that they shall be solely responsible for their conduct, and Jyoti Stores (jyotistores.in) reserves the right to immediately terminate the User's rights to use the service, without regard to penal provisions under Indian cyber laws or any other allied laws enacted by the Government of India or any other statutory, legislative, or regulatory authority authorized in this regard from time to time.
2. In no event shall Jyoti Stores (jyotistores.in) be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of Jyoti Stores' (jyotistores.in) sites/services, interrupted communications, delay, lost data, or lost profits arising out of or in connection with this agreement. This applies whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Jyoti Stores (jyotistores.in) or any of its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages.
3. Jyoti Stores (jyotistores.in) does not endorse in any way the advertisers or contents of advertisers on its webpages. This clause shall survive the termination or expiry of this agreement.

2. Payment gateway charges by Atom technologies are applicable as follows: Net banking: 2.12%, Credit Card: 2.42%, Debit Card: Below 2000.00: 0.97%, AND Above 2000.00: 1.26%. Any help desk query will be replied to within 3 working days. Any email queries will be replied to within 5 working days or will be sent to the concerned in-charge in 5 working days. The receipt will be displayed in the respective login on Jyoti Stores' (jyotistores.in) website once the transaction is successful. The invoice will be displayed in the respective login on Jyoti Stores' (jyotistores.in) website once the ordered goods are delivered to the customer, and the invoice will be on the net amount of the bundle price, which includes product, packing, and forwarding charges.
